This blog is a long time in the making. Several years ago (seven, to be precise), I met the amazing Eileen Spinelli at a Highlights workshop. Her husband Jerry had mentioned that they'd raised six kids. Expecting my ninth at the time, I asked her how she had found the time to write so prolifically. Smiling, she said, "I wrote in the cracks."
Some of us have fewer cracks than others, and some of those are mere slivers. But we write on and somehow eventually produce plays, short stories, and even novels. My fellow time jugglers, I salute you. Tell me about how you find time to write in the comments.
